- Birria Consome 250ml
- Onion Coriander mix 200g
- Salsa Verde Sauce 100ml
- Salsa Chipotle Sauce 100ml
How to heat
Chicharron Tacos
- Defrost the tortillas in the fridge for or a minimum of 5 hours or overnight
- Defrost the Chicharron (in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours or overnight) and deep fry (180C) or pan fry (medium heat) the pieces for 2 minutes
- Defrost the Onion Coriander mix and strain it to discard the extra liquid.
- Warm the tortillas for 1 minute on a fry pan at medium heat. Serve the tortillas with the fried Chicharron topped with the Onion Coriander mix then add the salsa verde and chipotle as you like.
Birria Tacos
Defrost in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours or overnight. Then warm them in the oven at 200 C or in a toaster for 10 min. Do not use Microwave. You can use a fry pan as well, placing them on medium low heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Birria Consome:
After defrosting the Birria Consome, place it in a small pot and warm it, or place it in a dish and microwave for 1 minute.
Serving Recommendation:
Serve the Birria Tacos with the consome, using this as a dipping sauce adding to it the Onion Coriander Mix (already thawed). Add additionally any of our handmade salsa sauces. Enjoy the leftovers of the soup, if there are any.
