Also called Pollo a la Brasa, our Whole Roasted Peruvian Chicken is bathed in black beer, garlic, and spices, and then oven-roasted until it’s succulent with crispy skin. After it’s roasted, we make sure to let it rest for 20 – 30 minutes and vacuum seal and freeze the chicken immediately after so that the original flavor is kept intact.
How To Serve
Defrost the chicken in the fridge for at least 6 hours or over night and put into boiling water as is (packed) for 15 minutes. Enjoy this fabulous dish with our original Aji Amarillo sauce (included) over rice or french fries.

This was WAY better than I expected. So far it’s the best thing I’ve had from Meat Express, and I’ll absolutely be ordering it again (and have already recommended it to friends).
The seasoning is very good, and my wife pointed out that it’s not salty at all. And while it’s very flavorful for adults, my three-year-old son devoured it; this plus some rice made a good lunch for all three of us, so it ended up being a very good deal for the price, which I wasn’t really expecting.
Highly recommended. While I personally enjoy cooking, and will probably attempt to do something similar myself at home, this is still going to be an occasional purchase. It’s just too good and too convenient.

This is absolutely delicious! Just the right balance of seasonings and so tender! The only downside for me is that I had thought this chicken would be bigger. It’s rather small and shan’t adequately feed a family of four! Hence, for the price, I thought it was expensive. Nevertheless, I shall reorder as it really was delicious!
