Quesadilla is a Mexican dish and type of taco, consisting of a tortilla that is filled mainly with cheese, meat and spices, and then cooked on a fry pan until crispy on the outside and the cheese is melted inside. It is made with flour tortillas particularly in the northern Mexico and southern region of the United States.
This unique Quesadilla features Oaxaca cheese that’s made with full cream milk from the cows on our dairy farm in Nanjo, Okinawa as well as special slow cooked Chicken Carnitas, then folded into a half-moon shape. It is considered a snack or appetizer and typically served with Guacamole, Pico de Gallo and sour cream.
How to serve
Unwrap the Quesadilla, reheat in the microwave (frozen as it is) at 500W for 3.5 minutes, then fry pan for 2 minutes until crispy, turning it over after 1 minute.

Your service was excellent, but it was not necessarily great value for the money for me, meaning I am not sure when or if I will splurge on this again, but it was good.

The cheese was great. It’s probably not the recommended sauce, but I had some leftover jerk chicken sauce which I thought complemented the flavor quite well.
