Mole, the nation dish of Mexico, in Japan!? Holy Mole! Delicious, grade A. 110% will buy again. We’ve imported several varieties, all good (cheap to artisanal). We’ve tried making it at home ourselves. We’ve had mole at Cosme in NYC, and we’ve had the mole at Red Iguana in SLC, UT. I’m not going to say it’s the best we’ve ever had, but this is some the best we’ve had in awhile—and without a doubt the best in Japan. 10/10 will buy again.
