Collaborating with Chef Jessica, the mind behind our beloved Mexican tamales, this new seasonal combo offers authentic Mexican flavor that’s hard to find in Japan. And as a bonus, these Mexican selections come with a special burrito created using Chef Jessica’s handcrafted special sauce.

This festive combo comes with:

1. Pozole (Corn broth with Pork) 420g
2. Chicken Mole Tamale 170g x 2 units
3. Shiitake Mole Burrito (Vegetarian) 280g x 2 units
4. Hibiscus Marmalade 200g

1. Pozole (Corn broth with Pork) 420g

Traditional Mexican broth made from nixtamalized corn grains, pork and Mexican chilies and spices. In Mexico the Pozole is a traditional dish to celebrate Christmas, national holidays and events such as weddings, birthdays, etc.

The Pozole includes:

• 50g Shredded Pork
• 170g Nixtamalized Corn
• 200ml Pozole broth

2. Chicken Mole Tamale 170g x2 units ¥1430

100% corn masa base prepared for Tamale, Chicken, Mole poblano Wayanone (3 types of Mexican Chilies, peanuts, almonds and Mexican Spices). Wrapped in a soft corn husk.

Note: Include peanuts, so not able to consume for people with peanuts allergies.

3. Shiitake Mole Burrito (Vegetarian) 280g x 2 units

A flour tortilla filled with Mexican rice, cheese, Shiitake mushrooms and onions cooked in Wayanone Mole Poblano base. Savory and perfect balance of flavors, definitely a party in your mouth.

4. Hibiscus Marmalade 200g

The Hibiscus flower is usually recognized for its therapeutic or medicinal properties.
This is because, like most plants, it concentrates multiple vitamins, minerals, and bioactive compounds called phytochemicals, with various antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antihypertensive properties.
