Our fresh and free-range chicken (never been frozen) straight from Kagoshima is bathed in black beer, garlic, and spices, then crusted with butter and herbs.
We then stuff it Mexican style and oven-roast until it’s succulent with crispy skin. After it’s roasted, we make sure to let it rest for 20 – 30 minutes and vacuum seal and freeze the chicken immediately after so that the original flavor is kept intact and the juicy stuffing is full of chicken and herb flavors.

How to heat
Defreeze all packs in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight. Heat the chicken into boiling water as is (packed) for 15 minutes. Heat the stuffing and the green bean casserole into boiling water as is (packed) for 8 minutes and heat the sauce in a pan (low heat) for 2 minutes
