Our fresh and free-range chicken (never been frozen) straight from Kagoshima is bathed in black beer, garlic, and spices, then crusted with butter and herbs.
We then oven-roast the chicken until it’s succulent with crispy skin. After roasting, we make sure to let it rest for 20 – 30 minutes. Vacuum-sealed and frozen immediately after so that the original flavor is kept intact.

How to heat:
Defreeze the chicken in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight. Heat the chicken in boiling water as is (packed) for 15 minutes.
