Huachana Sausage
Huachana is a type of sausage typical of Peruvian cuisine, originally from Huacho, a city located north of the Department of Lima. It is recognized as the most representative ingredient of Huachana cuisine.
It is made of finely chopped pork meat and fat and has a characteristic orange color obtained from the natural dyes of achiote seeds and Peruvian spices.
How to serve
Defrost and take out from the vacuum seal pack and wrap foil. Then chop and pan fry in little oil adding an egg per sausage after the meat is cooked. Serve with bread.
