Hibiscus Marmalade is made using Mexican hibiscus flowers, a bitter red flower that grows in tropical environments and is rich in vitamin C and calcium. The addition of sugar gives it a sweet and sour taste and a refreshing taste in the mouth.

This Jam was created by Chef Laborde. She was inspired by seeing that the Jamaican flower in her country usually went to waste, so she decided to take advantage of that sour flower and create a jam with a nostalgic and familiar flavor.

Great to spread on any bread or crackers. Also perfect to make desserts, cakes or adding wine to make sauces for any type of meat, fish or seafood.
