Chile de Arbol packs some serious heat, coming in at 15,000 to 30,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU) on the Scoville scale. (a typical Arbol chile is about 3-6 times hotter than an average jalapeno pepper and slightly milder than cayenne pepper.)
Note:
Rehydrate the peppers with boiled water (enough to cover the peppers) off the heat for 15-20 min until they are soft and pliable. Manufactured in Mexico.
