Introducing Mexicana Crema, a rich and tangy cream similar to sour cream, perfect for elevating a variety of Mexican dishes including tacos, burritos, enchiladas, soups, stews, and nachos.
This exquisite creation is carefully crafted by the Cheese Guy on his dairy farm in Nanjo, Okinawa, using fresh, full cream milk. The choice of Okinawa is deliberate – its climate closely resembles that of Oaxaca, Mexico, renowned for its exceptional cheese.
While traditional Mexicana Crema uses lime, we opt for shikwasa, a special fruit native to Okinawa that shares lime’s sourness but boasts its own unique flavor. We believe this offers a beautiful twist to the traditional Mexican flavor profile.
Drizzle Mexicana Crema generously over burritos, tacos, enchiladas, or nachos. Blend it with ripe avocado for a delectable dip, or infuse it with smoky chipotle for an added kick. For a sweet variation, mix it with honey and enjoy with succulent strawberries.
How to defrost
