Our Carne Asada Combo is everything you need for a great Mexican BBQ featuring 3 types of beef cuts:

1. Top Sirloin Cap (Picanha)
This cut is an exceptional value and can be cut into narrow steaks or cooked whole. Though tender, it is lean and flavorful, there are a variety of ways in how to cook sirloin.

2. Ready-to-Grill Carne Asada (Skirt Steak)
Our skirt steak, a cut of beef steak from the plate, is marinated for 8 hours with citrus, garlic, cilantro and Mexican spices. This incredibly flavorful cut becomes tender when it’s properly marinated and cooked medium rare.

3. Ready-to-Grill Carne Asada (Rib Fingers)
Our boneless Rib Fingers (Strip cuts from between the back ribs) are marinated for 8 hours with citrus, garlic, cilantro and Mexican spices.

How to make Tacos de Carne Asada

  1. Thaw corn tortillas (White/Blue) until room temperature.
  2. Defrost the marinated carne asada in the fridge for 6+ hours (do not open the pack). Take the meat out of the package and pat dry using a paper towel to remove excess marinade.
  3. With a frying pan, add a touch of cooking oil at high heat to sear the meat for 4-5 minutes on both sides for the rib fingers.
  4. Place the beef in aluminum foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Cut against the grain in small pieces and season with salt & pepper as desired.
  5. Once the beef is ready, use a frying pan to cook the tortillas on both sides until they get softened. We do not recommend microwaving.
  6. Serve corn tortillas topped with the chopped beef (Rib Fingers), finely chopped onions, cilantro (fresh coriander) and our Salsa Verde sauce or Chipotle sauce. You can also add Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Jalapenos or any topping if you like. We recommend you use 70-100g per Taco.
