Also called Pollo a la Brasa, our Whole Roasted Peruvian Chicken is bathed in black beer, garlic, and spices, and then oven-roasted until it’s succulent with crispy skin. After it’s roasted, we make sure to let it rest for 20 – 30 minutes and vacuum seal and freeze the chicken immediately after so that the original flavor is kept intact.
How To Heat:
Defrost the chicken in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight and put into boiling water as is (packed) for 10 minutes.
Easy-and-quick way: Heat the thawed chicken in a microwave for 3 minutes (if still frozen, for 6 minutes). *Cut one corner of the pack before warming.
Enjoy the roasted chicken with any of our handmade tortillas and handmade sauces.
