Gluten Free Blue Corn Tortillas 5″
Made out of 100% Mexican blue corn masa, our Blue Corn Tortillas are gluten free and offer a little stronger and more concentrated flavor than other traditional tortillas. With fewer calories and more antioxidants, the gluten free tortillas are great for Tacos, Enchiladas or deep frying to make corn chips and Nachos.
How to make your Corn Chips and Nachos at home:
- Defrost the white corn tortillas in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight
- Cut the tortilla making 8 corn chips
- Deep fry the amount desired for 3 minutes flipping them over with tongs or using a dry fryer at 200 C for 10 minutes.
- Remove the excess of oil and add salt according to your taste
- Serve with any of our handmade sauces, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream or any of your favorite dippings.
Note: These corn chips are perfect for making Nachos

Good quality and packaged well, so they did not fall apart like corn tortillas tend to do when they are stale or not packed properly.
Stacey –
Heated them up on the bbq and they nice and flexible. A nice surprise for our dinner guests
SHANE HETRICK –
It was nice to have a taste of blue corn tortillas after years of never seeing them in Japan. They were quick to thaw and re-heat, but be careful not to overheat them or else they’ll become quite easy to break when handling.
Kartikeya Srivastava –
Everything was good

I expected these to be a little bit thicker, more like a regular corn tortilla than like a flour tortilla, but all in all they are great, better for soft tacos than for trying to cook them into a tostada. They don’t flake as much as most yellow corn tortillas I’ve bought do.
Shyana Q. –
Just like the abuelas in the neighborhood tortilleria used to make, but blue grey! (We didn’t see much fancy blue corn in the ‘70s….)
Anneke –
The blue corn tortillas have such a lovely smell.
