We can say that these are the most widespread tacos throughout Social Media.
Birria is a traditional Mexican dish from Jalisco. This dish consists of a Beef soup stew carefully slowly cooked for hours in the pot and then in the oven. It is made from different cuts of beef (marinated for 1 day), beef bones, and a combination of Mexican chilies and spices. The result is a sweet, sour, slightly spicy and utterly savory Mexican stew that is cooked until the beef is extremely tender and fall-apart juicy and delicious.
This unique Taco is a 15 cm white corn tortilla filled and folded with Beef Birria and Cheese, then seared on the fry pan until it is crispy outside. Finally, dip the Tacos in the soup stock where the Birria was made and enjoy this explosion of flavors. 150ml of the Birria soup stock is included.
How to heat:
Tacos:
Defrost in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours or overnight. Then warm them in the oven at 200 C or in a toaster for 10 min. Do not use Microwave. You can use a fry pan as well, placing them on medium low heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Soup Stock:
After defrosting the Birria soup stock, place it in a small pot and warm it, or place it in a dish and microwave for 1 minute.
Serving Recommendation:
Serve the Birria Tacos with the soup stock, using this as a dipping sauce adding to it as optional (highly recommended): chopped onions, chopped coriander and fresh lime. Add additionally any of our handmade salsa sauces. Enjoy the leftovers of the soup, if there are any.

Easy to prepare, consommé average plus you have to add onion, ect…
Phillip Harrington –
It’s one of the more expensive items as far as the amount of food you get goes (it says 2 people, but I’d say it’s single serving), so I was a bit hesitant, but the flavor absolutely won me over. The tacos and birria both were fantastic. As long as you’re okay spending a bit more for a special meal, I think it’s a great choice.

The QR code provided is so handy to access the recommended defrosting and cooking guidelines.
Nicholas –
They exceed expectation. Probably more oily than I would want to ordinarily want to eat, but I do understand that is the nature of the dish. Probably also a little on the pricey side.

The tortillas tasted super authentic. I wish there were more to eat for the amount I paid, but increased costs is something everyone is dealing with, I suppose. I’ll be ordering again, either way.

It was great but I think you could add more something to its taste to make it more Mexican.
