Wow. This stuff is great. Goes well with everything. I even want to try it with Gyoza.

This was my first time trying Aji Colombiano. It’s basically Sweet & Sour, with a touch of fire from the red peppers. It’s really quite good, but it is not a substitute for Mexican salsa. I’m originally from California and have had many a similar “liquid like” salsa before, which are very good. I was thinking this Aji Colombiano might be like that, but it isn’t at all. Again, think of it as Sweet and Sour with a little spice and cilantro added. It comes in a plastic bag, bit I think it would be better in a plastic bottle instead. Not a major complain, just a suggestion. Because once you cut open the bag, you have to store it somewhere in the fridge so you can use it again. You won’t consume it all in one sitting. All said, I liked it, but it’s really best on foods where you would appreciate Sweet and Sour.

Honestly I’ve tasted similar types and made my own. Although, definitely better than both of those. Thanks.
