Our Aji Amarillo sauce is made using Peruvian yellow peppers mixed with onions, garlic and other Peruvian spices – it’s fresh, mild and doesn’t contain any preservatives or chemicals. This fresh sauce is great for Burritos, Quesadillas, Tacos, Nachos, Sandwiches, or any type of finger food.
