Yes, you read correctly – this premium patty is made of ONLY Matsusaka A5 Wagyu. The 100% Matsusaka A5 Wagyu burger patty employs a lean-to-fat ratio of 70/30, which makes for a luxurious and well-balanced experience.
How to Cook:
Defrost in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight. Grill the burger patty on a frypan or a grill at high heat adding a pinch of olive oil. Grill the first side for 2 minutes and flip it and cover with the top for the last 2 minutes. In total 4 minutes grilling both sides for a medium rare inside (our recommendation), or increase 1 more minute covered for a medium temperature. Finally, season with salt and pepper (up to your taste) out from the heat and let it rest for 1 minute.
Serve with your favorite Brioche bread or your preference of high quality hamburger bread, and your favorite options of veggies, cheese, bacon, etc. We recommend using good bread, adding cheddar cheese at the last minute of grilling the patty and finally bacon marmalade or onion marmalade. That’s all you need!
